brief specification description or basic overview of the project:the main facilities of this operation and maintenance project include 3 rainwater interception wells, 3 underground integrated pumping stations, 12 stormwater storage tanks, 34 subsurface flow wetlands, 19,744 m² of regular site green space, as well as auxiliary pipe networks, inspection wells, valve components, and power & weak current equipment.

合同履约期限：本项目服务期限自合同签订之日起期限三年，采取一次招标三年沿用、分三个年度分别签订合同的方式实施。本次合同服务期限为自合同签订之日起一年。

the contract period:the service period of this project shall be 3 years from the date of signing the first contract. these contracts shall be implemented through a one-off bidding process valid for the entire three-year period, with separate contract executed annually for each year.the service period of this contract shall be one year from the date of contract signing.
